PUBLIC NOTICE FOR TWO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS

The Canton Convention and Visitors Bureau is requesting proposals (RFPs) for the following two professional services: (1) ADVERTISING AGENCY SERVICES and (2) PUBLIC RELATIONS AGENCY SERVICES for destination marketing.

The purpose of these RFPs is to advertise competitive procurements for solicitation of formal proposals. The RFPs may be accessed by potential offerors at www.cantontourism.com. Written questions regarding the RFPs should be submitted to joann@cantontourism.com and stacy@cantontourism.com by 5:00 p.m. CDT on September 20, 2024.

Responses should clearly specify either “PROPOSAL FOR ADVERTISING AGENCY SERVICES” or “PROPOSAL FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS AGENCY SERVICES.” Complete responses must be received electronically at joann@cantontourism.com and stacy@cantontourism.com or via sealed envelopes at the Canton Convention and Visitors Bureau, 147 North Canton St., Canton, MS 39046 by 5:00 p.m. CDT on October 11, 2024.
